Santa Cruz Regional 9-1-1 (SCR9-1-1) is seeking qualified vendors to provide a robust, reliable, and modern Law Enforcement Records Management System (RMS) suitable for a multi-agency deployment to serve the Capitola Police, Santa Cruz Police, Watsonville Police, and the Santa Cruz Sheriff agencies.
